AI leadership, without the full‑time hire.
Vaulti helps growing businesses decide what to do with AI, put it to work safely, and get their teams using it. Senior judgment, plain English, one person accountable.
Most businesses use AI. Few have it working.
About three in four small businesses use AI, and only one in seven has built it into how the business runs (Goldman Sachs, 2026).
The tools are easy to buy. Choosing the right ones, keeping your data safe, and getting a team to change how it works are the hard parts. That's the work we do.
Five ways to work with us.
-
Fractional AI Lead
Our core engagement
A part-time head of AI for your business. Roadmap, vendor choices, oversight, security and adoption, owned by one senior person.
-
Get your whole team using AI well, with a clear policy, role-based training and results you can measure.
-
Get your chatbots and AI-driven decisions ready for Colorado's January 1, 2027 laws, working alongside your attorney.
-
A plain-English review of an AI project or the firm building it: what was delivered, what it costs to run, and what to fix first.
-
For retainer clients: we build and run AI automations inside your tools, under a written support policy.
How an engagement runs.
-
Listen.
We learn how your business actually runs and where time and money leak.
-
Map.
You get a plain-English plan: what to do, what to skip, what it costs and what could go wrong.
-
Lead.
We choose the tools, oversee the builders and keep your team moving.
-
Prove.
Every month you see what changed, what it cost and what comes next.
How we hold ourselves accountable.
-
Plain English.
If we can't explain it simply, we don't recommend it.
-
Advisory first.
We don't earn more by selling you more software.
-
Your data stays yours.
Accounts, code and documents are in your name from day one.
-
Honest about limits.
We'll tell you what AI shouldn't do in your business, too.
Two new AI laws take effect January 1.
Colorado's Chatbot Safety Act covers AI chat tools the public can use. The ADMT Act covers AI that influences decisions about hiring, lending, housing, insurance, health care and education. If either describes your business, there's work to do before the new year. (Colorado Attorney General)

Vaulti is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We work alongside your attorney.
Hi, I'm Brandon.
I lead Vaulti. I came to AI from sales, so I start with the business, not the technology. I've also built several AI applications and mobile apps myself, so I know what it takes to get from a promising demo to something a team relies on. Right now I'm technical advisor to an AI startup: reviewing an outside development firm's work against its contract, keeping cloud and AI costs in check, and steering the product toward launch.
Questions
What does a Fractional AI Lead actually do each week?
A working session with you, oversight of anyone building or selling you AI, and steady progress on the roadmap. You get a written report every month.
We're a small company. Is this for us?
Usually yes if you have 20 or more people and AI is already costing you money or time. Under that size, the Build Review or a smaller adoption program is often the better start.
Do you build things, or just advise?
Advice comes first. When building makes sense, we scope it separately or bring in a builder and oversee them.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and the common automation platforms. We recommend what fits your business.
Is our data safe with you?
We set up tools in your accounts, keep access to what the work needs, and hand everything back when we're done.
Do you give legal advice on Colorado's laws?
No. We handle the operational and technical work, and your attorney makes the legal calls.
How do we start?
Book a 30-minute call. If we're a fit, you'll get a short written proposal within 2 business days.
Let's see if we're a fit.
A 30-minute call. No pitch deck. You'll leave with at least one useful idea either way.
