Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Vaulti LLC, doing business as Vaulti AI, collects through vaultiai.co and how it is used.

What we collect

Contact form. When you send a message, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, team size, what you are hoping AI will do for your business, and how you heard about us. The message is delivered to hello@vaultiai.co through Resend, an email delivery service. We keep it in our email and do not store form submissions anywhere else.

Call bookings. Booking a call uses Cal.com. The details you enter there are handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and appear in our calendar.

Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. It does not identify you.

Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

How we use it

To reply to your message, prepare for a call, and understand which pages are read. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cal.com and Turnstile may set cookies that their services need in order to work.

Your choices

Email hello@vaultiai.co to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Changes

Changes to this policy are posted here with the date shown above.
